A battery passport for every e-bike pack, 131 days before the deadline
From 18 February 2027 each e-bike battery sold in the EU needs an electronic passport behind a QR code. We built the data pipeline, the identifiers and the role-based views so the exporter's buyer stopped waiting for spreadsheets.
Batch-level traceability for a knitwear group, before the EU textile passport exists
EU brands started sending Digital Product Passport questionnaires two years before the textile rules apply. We built the supplier evidence hub and batch genealogy that turns an 11-day scramble into a two-day answer.
One playable, four ad networks, under 3 MB
The brand wanted an ad people play instead of skip. We built one 20-second catch game, packaged it for four networks with their different size caps and install calls, and put a longer version with a leaderboard on the brand's site.
From an 18 fps prototype to a soft-launched puzzle game in 14 weeks
The studio had found the fun but could not ship. We did the performance and game-feel passes, added analytics and a backend, ran a two-country soft launch and handed the studio a repository it owns.
A support assistant that understands Banglish and refuses to guess
Six in ten chats arrived after hours and most were typed in Banglish. We built an assistant that answers only from approved content, hands anything else to a person, and is measured every week on how often it invents an answer.
Policy search that knows which circular is in force and who may read it
Staff were asking colleagues instead of the policy library, and sometimes citing withdrawn circulars. We built retrieval that filters by permission and effective date inside the query, cites the version, and declines when the documents do not answer.
Stock counts that explain themselves, across three warehouses and eleven vans
The monthly count took three days and still did not explain the write-offs. We replaced typed balances with a movement ledger, scanning on an offline-first app and blind counts with approval thresholds.
A 3D configurator that replaced the photo shoot and starts the quote
Photographing 120 products in twelve finishes was never going to happen. We modelled the forty best sellers, built a browser configurator with live pricing and an AR view, and connected it to the quote system.
